He was born in 1987 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. In 2007, he graduated from the State Music College in Bishkek, and in 2012 he graduated from A. İ. Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University, Department of Piano, Bachelor's and Master's in 2014( Sankt- Petersburg)
Between 2016-2018, he completed his PhD at the Gnesin Russian Music Academy.
He accompanied Violin,Opera and Ballet in Music and Ballet schools in Saint-Petersburg. He worked as a lecturer in the piano department at K.Moldobasanov Kyrgyz National Conservatory for four years.
For his creative achievements in the performing arts, he was awarded the 'Prelude' of the '21st Century Personnel' training program in 2007.
1 Degree Diploma in the Second Republic Piano Competition (2003); dedicated to the year the Kyrgyz state was founded, 1 degree diploma from the 'Road to Excellence' piano competition in Bishkek (2005), 1st degree diploma from the 'Hope' piano competition (2007), K. Moldobosanov 3 degree diplomas of the Republican pianists competition in his memory (2007).
In the International Young Artists Festival-Competition 'Crimean Spring-2008', diploma (Yalta) 2nd degree diploma and he won the laureate title of the performance competition 'virtuoso works of the age of romanticism' held in St. Petersburg (2008). He performed many orchestra and solo concerts and recitals in Russia and abroad.
Arakeev is fluent in English, Russian and Turkish.
