“2018 Turkish Year in China" Activities Closing Concert
Within “2018 Turkish Year in China" activities, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, State Opera and Ballet took the stage in Beijing National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) with concert “Journey To the East from the West via Turkish Music" on the 29th of Nowember 2018. Erol Erdinç conducted State Opera and Ballet orchestra combined with orchestra members from 6 State Opera and Ballet Directorates, to accompany tenor Murat Karahan performing the pieces reflecting the culture all around from Anatolia, Özgür Adam İnanç's choreography took Anatolia's regional folkloric steps to the stage via Ankara State Opera and Ballet Modern Dance Company artists.
