He was born in Ankara in 1973. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in his hometown of Ankara. In 1995, he graduated from Dumlupınar University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and began his academic career.

In 1996, he worked as a Physical Education and Art teacher for a year. However, his passion and interest shifted towards lighting design, and in 1997, he started working as a Grand Stage Lighting Specialist at the State Theater. He honed his skills and gained experience there, continuing his career as a lighting specialist at the Antalya State Opera and Ballet in 1999.
Since 2005, he has been responsible for the lighting designs of numerous domestic and international premieres as well as concerts. In 2010, he successfully passed the Advanced Lighting Specialist exam, taking a new step in his career as a Head Lighting Specialist and Lighting Designer. He has participated in international Opera and Ballet festivals organized by our general directorate, implementing his designs.
Continuing his success in the academic field, Mustafa Eski graduated from the Faculty of Business in 2012, providing him with the opportunity to evaluate his professional experiences from a broader perspective. He is married and has two children.
