NİNO SHAVGULİDZE
I was born in 1973 in Kutaisi, Georgia. I graduated from the violin department at the music school between 1982 and 1988, and at the music high school between 1988 and 1992. In 1990, I received 2 awards in the competition in Georgia. I graduated from Georgia - Kutaisi conservatory between 1992-1996 and received diplomas as a soloist, orchestra artist and teacher by the state jury.
I worked in the Petersburg opera orchestra in 1993-94, in the Kutaisi opera orchestra between 1884-96, and in the Tbilisi symphony orchestra between 1998-2000. I worked as a violin teacher at Kutaisi Conservatory between 1998-2000. I have been working as a violinist in the Mersin State Opera and Ballet Orchestra since 2001. I have been abroad as an orchestra player in Germany, France, Russia and Japan.
