What is the Membership System?

It is a simple registration system that allows tracking of users and their activities on the website. When registering, you fill out a form, and an activation email is sent to the provided email address. After activation, you need to log in with your username and password each time you visit the site. Once registered, you can easily track all your ticket details in the "My Tickets" section. If you are not a member, you can choose the "Buy Tickets Without Membership" option and complete the required information to make a purchase.

Which sections of the venue seats are reserved for online sales?

All seats in the venues are open to online sales. Both box office and online users have the right to purchase any available seats at the same time.

When are shows available for online ticket sales?

How can I collect the tickets I purchased?

You can collect your purchased tickets immediately from any State Opera and Ballet box office. It is recommended to collect your tickets at least 15 minutes before the performance. Identification is mandatory during collection. If the ticket holder's name is different from the buyer, you need to specify the name of the person who will collect the ticket during the purchase process.

Ticket Purchase

First, find and select the event for which you want to buy tickets. On the newly opened page, click the "Buy Your Ticket" button to proceed to the ticket purchase page. Members can log in, while non-members can choose the "Buy Tickets Without Membership" option to complete the purchase. After selecting the event, choose the block you want to sit in and then select available seats within that block. Once you've selected your seat, click the "Pay Now" button and fill out the payment details on the sales page to securely complete your ticket purchase. If successful, you will receive confirmation of your purchase, and ticket details will be sent to your registered phone number and email address. Otherwise, an error message will appear.

Cancellation and Refund

The General Directorate of State Opera and Ballet may make changes to the schedule and program when necessary. Purchased tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Discounted Tickets

Personnel and children of the Ministry of Culture and its affiliated organizations, retirees, and students can receive a 40% discount at the box office with ID verification. Veterans, widows, orphans of martyrs, and individuals covered by Law No. 2022 (on pensions for needy, weak, and destitute Turkish citizens over 65 years old) can attend performances for free with a numbered ticket obtained from the box office. Please note that children under 7 years old should not be brought to performances other than children-specific events.
